6. How would you distinguish a proposal from an invitation to receive proposal?
7. What is Public Policy? What are the heads of Public Policy?

9.  Define consideration and state the exceptions of the rule that an agreement without consideration is void.
10. (a) Discuss the doctrine of impossibility of performance of a contract.

(b) The defendant hired the flat of the plaintiff to witness the coronation procession on a certain day. The procession was postponed due to Kin's illness. The plaintiff sues to recover the rent for the reserved flat. Decide.
11. What is unjust enrichment? Discuss the obligation of a person who has received an advantage under void agreement or a contract that becomes void.
12. Discuss the provisions of Indian Contract Act relating to quasi contractual obligations.
13. "No person is competent who is not of the age of majority." Comment and discuss the law relating to minors contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
