Note: Attempt any two question. Each question carries 10 marks

6. "Stranger to the contract can not sue." State the exceptions to this rule, if any.
7. What constitute a fraud in Indian Contract Act?
8. "Agreement in restraint is trade void." Explain.

Section C
Note: Attempt any three question. Each question carries 20 marks

9. Explain the following:
(a) Discharge of contract.
(b) Contingent contract.
10. Define contract and explain the essentials with reference to provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872.
11. Who is competent to contract? Discuss the principles laid down in Mohri Bibi vs. Dharamdas Gosh (1903).
12. Define consideration and state the exceptions of the rule "Agreement without consideration is void".
13. A contract to do an act which afterwards become impossible or ulawful becomes void. Discuss . Support your answer with the help of leading cases.
