6. What is the effect of Fundamental Rights on pre-constitutional laws and post-constitutional laws? Discuss.
7. Write a short note on importance and objective of the preamble. Can the preamble of the constitution be amended?
8. "Education is one of the basic elements for the success of a democratic system of government" Explain in light of the Right to Education.
