1. Describe the Fundamental Duties as contained in the Constitution.
2. Write down the later inserted words in the preamble of the Indian constitution under 42nd Amendment Act. What were the effects?
3. What is the need of Constitutional law?
4. How many freedoms have been provided under Article 19(1) of the Constitution?
5. Write down the ground of restrictions imposed on Fundamental Rights to be religious freedom U/Art 25 of the constitution.

Section B
Note: Attempt any two question. Each question carries 10 marks

6. Explain the concept of 'Right to personal liberty'. Also discuss the guidelines prescribed by the Supreme Court of India.
7. Describe the safe-guards against the arbitrary arrest and detention as provided under the Indian Constitution.
8. Write a detailed note on the 'Economic Justice' in the light of the Indian Constitution.

Section C
Note: Attempt any three question. Each question carries 20 marks

9. Discuss in detail the salient features of the Constitution of India.
10. Explain with the help of the decided cases of concept of Freedom of Speech and Expression, with restrictions on it, under the Indian Constitution.
11. Discuss the concept of Secularism. Does the Indian Constitution provides for the establishment of secular State? What is the attitude of the Indian judiciary in this regard?
12. Describe the concept of Uniform Civil Code. Describe the merits and problems in its implementation.
13. Art. 13 makes the judiciary, especially the Supreme Court as a guardian, protector and interpreter of the Fundamental rights. How far do you agree? Discuss.
