10. Name the different remedies under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which dissolve the marriage? State the grounds on which either party may obtain divorce? Discuss in brief.
11. Explain requisites of a valid adoption. A Hindu widow wants to adopt a son on the ground that her only son has renounced the world to become a sanyasi. Discuss the validity of such adoption with reasons.
12. What marriages are void marriages? What is the difference between void and voidable marriages? Discuss the legitimacy of children of void and voidable marriages.
13. What are the general provisions relating to succession under Hindu Succession Act, 1956? Discuss.
