5. Define Period of Limitation under the Limitation Act.

6. What is Hearsay evidence? When is it  relevant?
7. Difference between Civil and Criminal Proceedings.
8. When is the opinion of a person relevant who is not an expert?

9. What is Confession? Distinguish between Judicial and Extra-judicial Confession. State the exception to the rule that confession by an accused in police custody is not admissible in evidence.
10. Define Burden of proof. On whom generally the burden of proof lies? What are the presumptions in case of abetment of suicide by a married woman and dowry death?
11. What is Dying Declaration? How is it proved? Explain the law relating to the admissibility in evidence of a dying declaration. Can a dying declaration from the sole basis of a conviction?
12. What are the Privileged Communications? Under what circumstances the privilege can be claimed?
13. (a) Discuss the effect of Mistake on Limitation.
(b) Explain the legal term Evidence, Proved, Disproved and Not Proved.
