2. Opinion as to usages, trust etc. When relevant?
3. Define Retracted confession.
4. What is the difference in fact and fact in issue.
5. What is the plea of alibi?

Section B
Note: Attempt any two question. Each question carries 10 marks

6. What is Hearsay Evidence?
7. What is the leading question? When is must not be asked and when it may be asked?
8. When the opinion of Experts is relevant? What is its evidentiary value? Discuss.

Section C
Note: Attempt any three question. Each question carries 20 marks

9. What do you mean by the burden of proof and on whom does the burden of proof lie, in civil and criminal case?
10. Who is an accomplice? A conviction is not illegal merely because it proceeds up on the uncorroborated testimony accomplice. Explain with the help of decided case.
11. Discuss the essentials of a valid dying declaration. Can a dying declaration be the sole basis of conviction?
12. Is the improper admission or rejection of an evidence may be a ground of itself for a new trial or reversal of any decision in the case? Discuss.
13. Explain the admissions and confessions. Distinguish between them. Discuss also that to what extent they are admissible in court.
