7. Concept of Human Rights though it appears to be modern one however, it has its own historical and philosophical foundations. Discuss the nature and the development of human rights. What are its importance in 21st century.

8. Non Governmental Organisations have done a Commendable job with regards to human rights at global level. Discuss.

9. Discuss the role of National Human Right Commission in the protection of the Human rights of the citizens in India.

10. Discuss the provisions of the International Human Rights Instruments regarding the principle of equal rights of men and women.

11. Discuss the various rights enshrined in European Conventions on Human Rights.

12. The Covenant on Civil and Political Rights incorporates the traditional human or fundamental rights. However they are not absolute and could be curtailed on certain grounds. Comment.

13. Discuss the salient features of International Covenant on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights. How for these rights reflect in the Indian Constitution?
