4. Explain the main distinction between Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy.
5. When was the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted?

6. Write a note on the various generations of Human Rights.
7. Discuss the main objectives and salient features of Human Rights Act 1993.
8. Discuss the various Human Rights recognised and protected under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

9. Discuss the structure, functions and duties of National Human Rights Commission. What role has it played in protecting Human Rights in India?
10. Explain the method of implementation of Human Rights provided under the international covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966.
11. Write a note on United Nations Human Rights Commission.
12. Discuss the measures adopted by the Government of India for protecting Child Rights. Refer to court cases, if any.
13. Discuss the relationship between Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles to State Policies. Do you agree that some Directive Principles should be converted into Fundamental Rights now?
