5. Write down the conditions for removal of Judge of Supreme Court.

6. Discuss the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India.
7. Explain the powers of the President of India as preserved under the Constitution of India.
8. Analysis of the provisions of Constitution of India makes it clear that Prime Minister is the real executive head. Do you agree?

Note: This section contains six questions. Attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks 
9. To what extent the Parliament of India can amend the Constitution under Article 368 of the Constitution of India? Discuss, refer to decided cases.
10. What do you mean by Parliamentary Privileges available to the Member of the Parliament?
11. Write an essay on state emergency as prescribed under Article 356 of the Constitution of India. Refer to decided cases.
12. Discuss critically the procedure of appointment of supreme court judges. Refer to decided cases.
13. Write short notes on the following:-
(i) Doctrine of Territorial Nexus
(ii) Doctrine of Pith and Substance
