7. What do you mean by conveyancing?
8. Write an affidavit before the Tehsildar for the change of your residence address.
Section C
Note: Attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks
9. What do you understand by Pleading? Discuss fundamental rules of pleading.
10. Write a plaint for specific performance of a contract.
11. Write a written statement for the plaint as required above under the question number 10.
12. Write a Gift-deed in favour of loved one.
13. Draft a petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of writ of 'Habeas Corpus'.
