2. Write down the Purpose of an affidavit.

3. What are the different classes of decrees?

5. Distinction between Legal set-off and Equitable Set-off.



Section B 

Note: Attempt any two questions. Each question carries 10 marks


6. Draft a sale deed of immovable property.

7. What is notice? Write a notice under section 80 of CPC

8. What do you understand by lease? Draft a lease deed of immovable property. OR

Draft a General Power of Attorney.



Section C

Note: Attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks


9. What do you mean by Pleading? What are the fundamental rules of pleading? How a plaint can be amended? Explain.

10. What do you understand by Conveyancing? Give an account of such deeds which are known as subject matter of Conveyancing.

11. What are issues and their kinds? How and on what basis they are framed? OR

Write a plaint for specific performance of a contract.

12. Draft a plaint and written statement for the Hindu wife in a petition of divorce against Hidu husband on the basis of the cruelty.

13. Draft a petition under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution for the issues of Writ of Mandamus.
