9. What persons are entitled to apply for the patents? What procedure are to be followed under the Patent Act, 1970? What rights are conferred to the patentee under this act?
10. What do you mean by Trade Mark? What are it's essentials? What is the procedure for registration of Trade Mark?
11. What do you mean by the infringement of Trade mark? What remedies are available to the plaintiff in case of infringement of Trade Mark?
12. What do you mean by infringement of Trade Mark? What are the relative grounds on account of which registration of any Trade mark may be refused?
13. Explain fully the various modes of Ttansfer of 'Patent Right'.
