11. What do you understand by the term Property? Why is an intellectual asset referred to as intellectual property? Why is it necessary to protect it?
12. Discuss the various stages involved in processing of an application for acquisition of a patent for an invention? Suggest measures for bringing down the cost of acquiring a patent.
13. What is Industrial Design? What is the procedure for registering such design? What is the subject matter of legal protection of Industrial Design? Discuss briefly the procedure to protect an Industrial Design in India.
