10. Discuss the jurisdiction of maritime-state over coastal waters. Explain the rights available to coastal state in continental shelf.
11. Define recognition and its kinds. Critically examine the various theories of recognition.
12. Define Blockade. What are its essential elements? What are the consequences of violation of blockade end?
13. What is the definition of New-International Law? How is it different from old one? Evaluate the role of New International Law in the fast integrating world of today.
