urisprudence is the theoretical study of the processes of law. As a branch of a study it covers the principles of natural law, civil law, criminal law and all other laws of the nation.
Legislation
Legislation is the law made by the legislature of a nation for that nation. It is the constitution and promulgation of set of legal rules by an authority which has the power to do so.
