5. What conditions are prescribed under Indian Constitution for removal of a Judge of Supreme Court of India?

Note: This section contains three questions. Attempt any two question. Each question carries 10 marks 
6. Explain the Parliamentary Privilleges available to the Members of Parliament.
7. It is commonly said that Prime Minister is the real executive head instead of the President of India. Comment.
8. What do you mean by Doctrine of Basic Structure? Discuss this doctrine critically.

Section C
Note: This section contains six questions. Attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks 
9. Write down an essay on national emergency as proclaimed under Article 352 of the Constitution of India. What are it's effect? Refer to decided cases.
10. Explain the Powers and jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India.
11. Discuss the scope of Parliament to amend the Constitution of India under Article 368. Refer to decided cases.
12. With the help of decided cases discuss critically the appointment procedure of Supreme Court judges.
13. With the help of decided cases discuss 'Doctrine of Territorial Nexus' and 'Doctrine of Pith and Substance'.
