6. Define the validity with relevant provisions of the adoption of a girl-child by 20 years unmarried male and a widow.
7. Discuss Desertion as the ground of divorce. What is constructive desertion? Explain with relevant case law.
8. What are the general rules of succession to the property of a Hindu female dying intestate? Explain.

9. "Hindu law is the law of Smritis as expounded in the Sanskrit commentaries and Digests which has now modified and supplemented by custom, is administered by the courts." Explain what is Hindu Law and its sources in the reference of the above statements.

11. Define maintenance and dependents under Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956. How far a wife is entitled to be maintained by her husband?
12. Name the classes of guardians defined in Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1955. What are their powers? Explain.
13. Explain the judicial separation and its grounds provided under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
