6. Explain the statement, "Payment and delivery are concurrent conditions."
7. Comment, "All those who share profit are partners."
8. "The liability of a surety is coextensive with that of principal debtor." Discuss this statement.

Section C
Note: Attempt any three question. Each question carries 20 marks

9. What is a contract of sale? How is it made? What are the essentials of a contract of sale of goods?
10. Define contract of guarantee. How and in what respect it is different from a contract of indemnity?
11. To what extent is the principal liable for an act done by the agent in excess of his authority? Whom is the agent personally liable?
12. Under what circumstances can a minor be admitted to the benefits of partnership? Discuss the rights and liabilities of such minor as laid down in Sec 30 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
13. 'In modern times the rule of caveat emptor because of the exceptions has become almost the rule of caveat venditor'. Discuss.
