1. Write the definition of Tort given by Prof. Salmond.
2. What is unfair trade practices?
3. Distinguish between false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
4. Explain the cyber tort.
5. Explain the injuria sine damnum.

Section B
Note: Attempt any two question. Each question carries 10 marks

6. Explain the doctrine of Pigeon Hole.
7. Remoteness of damages. Explain
8. "All persons have the capacity to sue and be sued in Tort." Discuss the exceptions to this general rule.

Section C
Note: Attempt any three question. Each question carries 20 marks

9. "The law takes no cognizance of carelessness, where there is no duty to take care." Discuss the statement in the light of decided cases. 
10. Define libel and slander and discuss the saying "The greater the truth the greater the libel".
11. Right to private defence is available with certain limitations. Explain.
12. How Supreme Court of India has given birth to new jurisprudence in Tort in India? Explain.
13. If a person refuses to perform or become unable to perform the order of the District forum, State Commission or National Commission, explain the different penalties given by them.
