6. What is State territory? How can state territory be acquired in international law?
7. Explain the concept of continental shelf and the Exclusive Economic Zone.
8. Distinguish between the Judicial Settlement and Arbitration.

9. Discuss various sources of International Law and COmment upon the importance of "General Principles of Law" as a source of law.
10. (a) 'A blockade is binding only if effective'. Explain.
(b) What do you understand by Contraband of War? How did the doctrine of continuous voyage influence the law relating to contraband?
11. Discuss the concept of State jurisdiction. How for a State can exercise its jurisdiction in the territorial sea?
12. Define war. Distinguish between war and non-war armed conflict. Discuss the circumstances under which war can be resorted legally.
13. Define International Law. Discuss the relation between International law and Municipal Law.
