6. What is Option of Puberty (Khyar-ul-Bulugh)? Explain it under old and new law.

7. What are the necessary formalities for a will? Are there any restrictions on the right of making a will by the testator?

8. Who may be appointed as Mutwalli? Can a female, minor, non-Muslim may be appointed Metwalli?

9. What is Talaq? How many form of talaq are recognised under Muslim Law? Explain.

10. With reference to decided case laws describe the right of maintenance of a Muslim Woman against her husband. In what respects Parliament has altered this Law? 

11. Define concept of Nikah according to Muslim Law. Is marriage according to Muslim Law a civil contract and not a sacrament? Discuss.

12. What are the primary sources of Muslim Law? Discuss the contribution of 'Legislation' regarding evolution of Muslim Law.

13. Define Gift (Hiba) under Muslim Law. Describe about the various kinds of gift under Muslim Law.
