After-Care Programme

 The After-Care programme is the final stage of the rehabilitative process. It is intended for individuals (especially juveniles) who have completed their stay in a correctional home but lack the social or financial support to reintegrate into society.

  • Objective: To prevent Recidivism (re-offending).

  • Services: Providing temporary housing in "halfway houses," help with job placements, and continued counseling for up to two years after release.
