7. Write a short note on fundamental duties, its objects and importance.
8. Explain the protection in respect of conviction for offences provided under Article 20 of the constitution.

9. Discuss the salient features of the Indian Constitution.
10. What is freedom of speech and expression? State the reasonable restrictions and explain with relevant case laws.
11. Discuss the provisions related to protection of life and personal liberty in Article 21 of the constitution of India. State how the provisions can be implemented judicially?
12. 'Article 32 is the soul and heart of the constitution'.
13. Write short note on any two:
(i) Freedom conscience and free profession of religion.
(ii) Abolition of Untouchability and titles.
(iii) Cultural and Educational Right of minorities.
