1. According to Salmond jurisprudence consists of the analysis of legal concepts. Discuss.

3. Jurisprudence includes all concepts of human order and human conduct. In view of this statement explain scope of study of Jurisprudence.
4. Jurisprudence comprises of philosophy of law. In view of this statement describe the nature of jurisprudence.

11. American modern realism is a combination of the analytical positivists and sociological approaches. Comment.
