2. What do you mean by publication?
3. Define Distinctiveness.
4. What 'Trademarks' can not be registered?
5. What shall be the duration of copyright in case of photograph?

6. Discuss in brief the functions of WIPO.
7. What do you mean by passing off? What remedies are to the plaintiff in case of passing off?
8. Explain the rights available to the owner of a copyright.

9. Define 'Trade mark'. Write down its essentials and and the procedure to get registered.
10. Who can apply for patents? Write down the procedure of achieving it according to the Patent Act 1970. 
11. What do you understand by 'Intellectual Property Law'? Explain how far the existing laws has been successful in this direction.
